Data we collect
When you submit a project brief, we collect the information you provide: property or listing link, property type and location, timing, intended use, asset readiness, company or brand, name, email address, project description and referral source. Essential technical data may also be processed to operate, secure and protect the website from misuse.

Purposes and legal bases
- To assess and respond to your request and take steps before a possible contract: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
- To comply with legal, accounting or regulatory obligations: Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.
- To secure the service, prevent abuse and defend legal rights: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Project-inquiry data is not added to promotional mailing lists without a separate lawful basis.

Required information
Fields marked as required are needed to evaluate and respond to the inquiry. If they are not provided, the brief cannot be submitted. Optional fields help us understand the request but are not required.

Retention
Unconverted project inquiries are retained for no longer than 12 months after the last meaningful contact, unless a longer period is required to comply with law or establish, exercise or defend a legal claim. Data connected to a client engagement is retained for the applicable contractual, accounting and legal periods.

Recipients and international processing
Data may be processed by authorized personnel and technical providers supporting hosting, security, communications and business operations, acting under appropriate contractual terms. It may also be disclosed where required by law or a competent authority.
Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, the controller will rely on an applicable adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards required by data-protection law. Information about relevant safeguards can be requested through the controller’s PEC.

Your rights
Subject to the applicable conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Requests can be sent to the controller’s PEC. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.

Project inquiries are reviewed by a person. Luxury Renders does not make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects solely through automated processing of these briefs.
